4 week fitness plan: $500 1 one on one sessions included each week
I will provide a workout plan that will change week to week to maximize the progress on your fitness journey.
I will be checking in regularly with you to make sure everything is going ok and keeping on track with your fitness plan.
If things need to be addressed or changed we will do so and make the adjustments that are needed.
In addition you will be getting a free one on one session with me included with this plan.
