Won’t I get bulky if I lift weights?

I promise you won't get bulky by lifting weights. Muscle gaining is a slow process but if looking like a bodybuilder isn’t your goal I won’t train you as one. I will train only based on the goals you are wanting


Will I have to go vegan if I choose the diet and training plan?

No I will be picking and building diets based around food you like to eat and what your schedule is.


What if I don’t think I’ll be able to eat every hour or two if I pick the diet and training plan?

I won't be making you eat constantly. I will make plans based on how many times you want to eat and are willing to eat. However, do take this with a grain of salt. Please select this plan if you are planning to only eat once a day. I will however make it work for your schedule and circumstance.
