This plan is designed to maximize your fitness journey by having a customized workout plan as well as a diet meant to expedite you to your desired fitness goals.
Much like the 4-week workout plan I will be checking in with you regularly to see how everything is going as well as asking and making sure everything is going smoothly with the diet.
In addition you still get a one on one session with me each week.
