One on one training: $50 a session
I will take you through a training regiment and train with you.
Making sure you do each movement safely and effectively to maximize your results.
If at any time modification or changes in the workout are needed I will be able to implement an immediate course of action to keep your progress and workouts efficient.
Sessions will vary depending on each individual’s fitness level as well as the goals that are being set.
If you purchase a fitness plan, your one on one session will be half price!!!
